I have never stayed in nice hotels. Being a poor college student for a very long time, I have always stayed in the cheapest thing I could find. Sooo, when I arrived at the Hotel in Orlando where we were spending our spring break, I was ecstatic to find that our hotel room had a jacuzzi tub. It wasn't really even a hotel room. It had a full kitchen, dining area, two TVs (with cable!), and even a washer and dryer. Point is, it was freaking awesome.
I decide that I am going to relax in the jazcuzzi tub and have a cocktail while we wait for our friends to get there. We thought it would be fun to get some bath oils to use in the tub, so we picked some up at the grocery store. Once the tub was full, I dumped a little in and turned on the jets. At that point, I went to the kitchen to make my cocktail. It took a little while, because I had to make sure it was perfect and got a little distracted by taking shots (I cave under peer pressure). Cocktail in hand and ready to enjoy the jacuzzi tub, I walk back into the room with the tub. There I find what resembles more of a volcano erupting bubbles than a relaxing retreat....
So apparently I had not added bath oils to the water. I had actually added something containing suds. It did not state this on the label! I spent the next hour cleaning up, rather than enjoying my relaxing soak and cocktail.
Lesson # 2: Do not put soap in a jetted tub.
