Weekend update et al.

The GF was in town this weekend and I had a horse show!

She was awesome! She got here friday night and helped me prepare for the show on saturday. This involved cleaning my tack (saddle, bridle, boots etc) and getting the rest of my gear ready. She even came to the show and took pictures! This one cracks me up. Of course she got the one where I have the whip in my mouth...

My man was awesome once again. I couldn't have asked for him to be any better. We went home with first place and our best dressage test ever!

The GF also helped me do yard work on Sunday! What did I do to deserve this?!?!

After yard work we picked up some beer and foodies and headed over the Lilligirl's for some R and R while her friends put her house back together. We totally didn't mind having some beers and watching someone else do the work! Her kids are great and J and C kept us laughing the whole time! Thanks again!

Trying to get focused this week. It has been hard. Not sure why. I have got to stay on top of things in order to graduate. I am also anxious to start actually collecting data and watching my device in action. Graduation is the ultimate goal, but I can't imagine what it will be like to actually see a patient using our device!

on that note, back to work!
