My dad is the best...
I went to my parents house after I went to the barn this weekend. I fell asleep on their sofa for a bit still in my riding boots and chaps. I was on my side with my feet hanging off the end. My dad tip toed over to me and gave me a kiss on the cheek. It woke me up but I pretended to still be asleep.
Made me feel like a kid again...I needed that. No matter how bad things get, I know I always have the most loving father in the world to fall back on.

that is so sweet...my sons are 23 and 21 and whenever they're home and asleep on the floor or the couch, I'll lean over them and kiss them on the bridge of the nose like I used to when they were little...it does as much for me as it does for them, I suspect. No matter what, you're always a baby in your parent's eyes.. :)
