I haven't been writing much lately.
The stress just keeps mounting. When I go to write, it's the only thing that comes out.
I guess it's good to write things out, but right now all I want to do is be able to QUIT thinking about all the things that are stressing me out.
I do have alot of good things going on in my life. It makes me wonder if maybe I'm a little depressed, since I seem to be focusing on the bad and stressful....
It's just not like me. I am a naturally optomistic person.
When I speak with the GF in the evenings I find myself being really negative and dumping it on her. I had to text her afterwards and apologize yesterday. She was really excited about things going on with her and work and all i could do was complain about stuff going on with me.
I hope this passes soon. I don't like it.

There is always a silver lining. When it gets to much, the best you can do it take it one at a time or take it a day at a time. And dumping it on here isn't a bad thing, gets it off your chest at least.
